Referral privacy
We want affiliates to earn fairly while keeping the information used for referrals small and specific. This supplement applies to voluntary referral participation from November 5, 2026. It does not enroll existing accounts automatically or remove the advance-notice commitment in our main Privacy Policy.
Your choice
On our marketing site and dashboard, an optional reminder stores a referral code and expiry time in your browser for up to 60 days after you accept. No reminder is saved if you decline. You can forget the saved referral using the on-page control. Blocking storage does not prevent you from using Coin Moebius or entering a referral code in account settings.
What we keep
When you create a new account through a disclosed referral link, its code is carried through the sign-in flow and applied without requiring a browser reminder. Accounts created before this launch must review this notice and actively apply the code in Settings. You can also enter a code in account settings if no affiliate is assigned. We retain your internal account identifier, the affiliate identifier and code, the program identifier, assignment time and whether the referral came from a link or entered code. We also keep the referral associated with each payment attempt so retries remain consistent. These records remain while your account exists and are removed with its permanent deletion. They are included in your account data export.
What providers receive
Dodo Payments handles card billing for Coin Moebius subscriptions and receives billing details directly at checkout. For eligible subscription payments, we send the referral code in payment metadata to Dodo Payments. Dodo sends payment, subscription, refund and dispute events to Rekomi, which uses those events to attribute commissions and administer payouts. Those provider events may include customer identifiers, contact or billing details and payment amounts. We cannot promise that providers receive no personal information or that deleting your Coin Moebius account removes records they must retain.
Rekomi and its payout providers handle affiliate enrollment, identity verification, payout details and tax documentation. Coin Moebius does not need to copy those documents or bank details into its application database. The affiliate portal at affiliates.coinmoebius.com is hosted by Rekomi and may load its own resources, cookies and fonts under its policies.
Limited purpose
Our referral implementation does not load Rekomi’s browser tracking script, capture email form entries, record browsing histories or run on merchants’ buy buttons. Referral records are used for attribution, commission administration and abuse prevention. We do not sell these records or use them for unrelated advertising or model training.
Questions and rights
Participation is optional. You can use Coin Moebius without a referral. Contact us to object to referral processing or request its restriction; we may retain records needed for existing commissions, disputes or legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for account deletion and privacy requests. Forgetting a browser reminder prevents its future use but does not undo an affiliate already attached to your account or a commission already earned.
